Full Buck Moon in Capricorn Lunar Celebration

Are you ready to break cycles, let go of old habits, or really just love the moon? Join me for a lunar celebration of the July Full Buck Moon in Capricorn on July 13th AND July 14th from 7:00pm-9:00pm at Prairie Street Studios – Yoga in Elkhart, IN. (These are two separate events that run the same timeframe, and will cover/include the same material!)
This class will open with a brief astrological forecast, the teacher will then guide you through centering, warm ups, and a lunar salute. After the active portion of the class you will be lead through a guided meditation and yoga nidra.
This is a safe and supportive space for you to release anything that no longer serves you, while creating the space for new manifestations, and the opportunity to connect deeply with the cycles of nature.
These lunar celebrations offer you the option to participate in a ritual and/or send you off with a little gift to aid in your manifestations.
