10:30 Mary Beth Schramlin, Laughter Yoga Leader: Laughter Yoga
This activity is open to both adults and children. Laughter Yoga is not your traditional yoga, you will not be laying on the ground, bending, twisting or balancing on one leg. You will be activating your imagination, clapping in a rythmic pattern, chanting, moving, stretching, breathing, and of course laughing. Laughter yoga provides an opportunity to laugh with others, not at others in a manner that connects you with others in an open, accepting manner.

What does liberation feel like? In this interactive exploration, we will play with embodied practices to increase our awareness of how internalized systems of oppression limit our creative potential, and how we can take conscious steps towards liberation.
