Mindful Men's Group

This group is led by our amazing Yoga Teacher, Brian Boothe! This intentional group is a place where Men support & empower Men, a space where Men can swim outside the lines of what society deems “masculine” and venture into territory of the Divine Heart-Centered Masculine, a place where Men can unravel the struggles they face in their day to day lives and manifest a life that is lead with their true desires!
