Participation Rules
General:
All requested spaces are assigned based on the date of the completed application/fee receipt, and the type of booth (information/product/service). If you would like to request to be next to a specific vendor, please indicate this in your vendor application and we will do our best to accommodate.
We will not supply tables: artists must provide all furnishings for booth space
Vendors to bring their tent/display
Original work only, no resale or garage sale items
Interested in leading a 30-minute workshop? Vendor discount opportunities are available.
Event Date: Saturday, May 3rd, 11am – 5pm EST
Set up: Saturday, May 3rd 8:30am – 10:30 am you will need to check in prior to setting up your booth. Parking will be allowed on Greenlawn or Wall St for unloading. An email will be sent prior to the event with our unloading instructions & parking plan. No storage is available before the day of the event.
Teardown: Saturday at 5pm. Please NO early tear-downs if you want to return as an Artist!
Booths: We have 10’x10’ spaces. No Electric supply is available.
Original merchandise only! No resale items
From the description of your booth, we try to vary locations of like items and services. We also reserve the right to warn you that there are 3 booths in addition to yours selling a highly similar service or items and that you might consider other products or services to have a competitive space/art / craft.
Conscious Michiana, Inc., reserves the right to revoke your space if you misrepresent your merchandise or service in your application.
- Please stay within your assigned space. Do not infringe on other spaces or aisles
- Each vendor is entirely responsible for their tables, chairs, displays, other furnishings, and tents
- No open flames or other potentially dangerous booth fixtures allowed
- No food sales in artist spaces; only registered food vendors can sell food
- There is not a rain date. There will be no refunds. Plan ahead!
- Conscious Michiana, Inc. is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged merchandise or furnishings.
