Let Ulrike guide you through a sequence of carefully selected poses for this heart opening restorative practice.Let your body Rest & Digest .Resting into supports, your body is allowed to relax and release. Let your mind settle in this meditative practice to allow yourself truly & fully rest:). The Restorative practice is accompanied by the beautiful heart healing sound of the electric cello. Our heart truly resonates with the frequency of the cello.
Each pose is held around 15 -20 min , allowing for only a max of 4-6 poses for this class.Utilizing our breath to fully feel and embrace each pose. Personal touch , affirmations, and sound will enhance your experience.Enjoy a Guided Meditation as you drift off into an extended savasana. Warm herbal tea and time to reflect will be offered after class.
