This group meditation will be led with 20 minutes of nature sounds and then….shhhhhh….. Silence. A sweet sneak into an Ashram experience will gift you the opportunity to truly sit with The Self. As well as using the SOLAR ECLIPSE ENERGY to tap into that Higher Consciousness!
