Yoga Flow + Live Music

You don’t want to miss this yoga experience! Join yoga extraordinaire Mindi Dugard, the talented Bela Nanni on vocals/guitar and/or James Riley on percussion for a soothing, rejuvenating and healing yoga with live music session.

This is a donation-based class with proceeds benefiting the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Joseph County.

Preferred donations of $10 are welcomed (but not required) and can be sent via Venmo to @Mindi-Dugard or cash is also happily accepted.
