Pisces Moon Flow with Sound Healing Full Moon energy can be harnessed 3 days before and after the actual Full Moon. We will honor the magics of the Pisces Full Moon by embodying the water element with a yin yoga flow infused with sound healing. This experience will allow you to soften into your body for deeper healing.

Ryan Krueger is a Reiki practitioner, a certified yoga teacher as well as a sound and vibration therapist. She has been attuned to the Usui System of Natural Healing in accordance with the Usui Shiso Ryoho Tradition and has successfully completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training as well as a sound healing certification. For the past 23 years she has fueled her body with a Whole Foods, plant-based diet and has an extensive knowledge in Aryuvedic nutrition. Her interests include her own personal practice of yoga, meditation, hiking, gardening and dancing. She feels her greatest gift is helping people who want to heal, become the best versions of themselves. She loves animals and enjoys snuggling her three rescued bunnies, Harvey, Archie and Astrid in her downtime
