Yoga at Light Up The Night Event!

Unwind and light up with us Saturday 25th! This event will feature hammock domes, lights, chill rock and educational presentations throughout the day! MC’d by Rodney Lienhart from Deliciously Dope TV.

Start out the day right with a blaze before yoga! The yoga classes are free with any ticket purchased, and dispensaries will be open at that time, so you can wake and bake, yoga-style!

Throughout the day in the consumption tent there will be educational presentations! These topics will de-mystify vocabulary and clarify common misunderstandings.

10:15-11:00am – Just Flow With It Vinyasa Yoga

An uplifting, gentle vinyasa class designed to wake up the entire body, mind & spirit so you can feel your absolute best!

11:05-11:35am – Let It Go Flow Yoga

A seated, gentle class designed to connect with body & breath awareness. Let go of stress & tension so you can settle into the present moment.

Meet Eddie Groves, a Vietnam War veteran who overcame anxiety and PTSD with the help of yoga and weed. It’s a good old fashioned story time, folks.
