- Holistic Health ClassesEvent Description:Come and join in on a six week series sharing different healing systems that look at the body as a whole!We will talk about holistic tests, herbs, health foundations and so much more!
Cost is $20 per class or $100 for all 6 weeks!Here’s a little bio about the facilitator teaching these classes:My name is Deborah Barton. I recently completed the Certified Holistic Health Practitioner from Trinity School of Natural Health. Now I am ready to share with others what I have learned.With all that has happened over the past year! I believe it is now more important than ever to look at our own health and learn ways to build up the immune system – our body (we don’t ‘have’ an immune system..we ARE the immune system. My passion is teaching people tools they need to heal the mind, body and spirit.I have taught at The Awakening Realm in downtown Elkhart and Healers Haven in downtown Mishawaka. Classes I have taught are How to Build Your Immune System, Seasonal Affective Disorder, Overcoming Adrenal Fatigue and more.Following are topics I plan to share
