New Moon in Scorpio Yoga

Scorpio energy is intense! After that full moon in Taurus on Halloween the scorpio energy has stayed strong and now we are diving into the energy of a new moon in the sign of Scorpio. This energy asks us to become comfortable with the uncomfortable, to dive deep into our underworlds and face our own darkness.
Please bring your journal as you will be writing your very own treatment plan! Instead of just planting seeds of intentions we are going to take action!
This class will be restorative, holding space for ourselves in meditative contemplation, listening to the deep wisdom of our bodies and hearts, and integrating this wisdom into our daily lives.
