Couple's Thai Massage Workshop

Thai massage is different than your typical massage, Thai uses stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension and enhance flexibility and range of motion. Energy work is also used in Thai massage. In this 2 hour class you will learn Thai massage techniques for the entire body to improve the flow of energy. Grab a partner, a couple yoga mats, and wear comfortable clothing; you will be stretched by your partner and will be using your hands, arms, feet, and knees to apply Thai massage techniques to your partner.
