This dance sanctuary is a sacred space to explore the shapes of your dancing heart within a safe haven of other moving bodies & the refuge of our collective breath. Within this space we will sweat our prayers, while moving into mindfulness.
No dance experience needed. Move any way you wish. Respect the space and the people in it. Dress to sweat, bring water, no perfumes/colognes. Lightly facilitated invocation. This is a deep container to fully express through an embodied journey, and let it all go. Your creativity, connection, and expression is welcome here. Come as you are, come alone or with family and friends.
