Roxie Sweikar is a certified Yoga Therapist with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). She leads workshops and classes in the South Bend/Notre Dame, Indiana region and works individually with those interested in private yoga, yoga therapy, mindfulness and Ayurveda.
She has spent over 15 years studying different styles and techniques of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. Her affiliation with IAYT places her alongside other yoga professionals who are working to establish yoga as a recognized and respected therapy.
