    Event Description:

    The New Year has begun! Where will it take you? Come join Barb Naranche ERYT-500 on the 3rd day following the New Moon to explore “The Language of Curiosity” in Body, Breath and Spirit as we move into 2020. The practice will spend 50 mins in restorative yoga and pranayama practice, then we will prepare for and experience the guided meditation of a yoga nidra, the sleep of yoga.
    Cost is $35 ($20 for Realm Members)
