Couple's Thai Massage Workshop

Thai massage is different than your typical massage, Thai uses stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques to relieve tension and enhance flexibility and range of motion. Energy work is also used in Thai massage. The Sen lines (Thai meridians) are worked during the massage to treat the energetic field within the body to help correct blockages, deficiencies, and imbalances in the flow of energy. In this 2 1/2 hour class you will learn Thai massage techniques for the entire body and how to effectively work the Sen lines to improve the flow of energy. Christina will lead you through these methods using your hands, arms, feet, and knees to apply Thai massage techniques to your partner. Then take your partner through the same flow applying these techniques on you! Grab a partner, a couple yoga mats, and wear comfortable clothing!
