Block Therapy focuses on the deep tissues of the body, melting the fascia and providing more range of motion while REDUCING PAIN!!! You will gain more range of motion just after the first class!! Block Therapy is also amazing for the energy body as well!
Rose will be doing a 3 part workshop, offering an evening time of 5:30pm on Thursdays and a morning time of 10am on Fridays!
